PAYMENTS:-
Photo Identification and a $250.00 credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental and extra expenses incurred at the lodge.
RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, AND CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:-
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation and the deposit is due within 14 days of reservation booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded, less a processing fee of $100/person, if written cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to departure.
Thereafter the individual is responsible for the total land cost and no refund will be made with the exception that refund will be made if client replacement is found. No refund can be made for unused land arrangements or fishing time lost due to inclement weather. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts the cancellation/refund and responsibility clauses. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
PRICES:-
Adult prices are at our regular rates. Children are charged at 50% of the adult rates.
CHILDREN:
Swains Cay Resort does not provide babysitting services nor are there activities specifically designed for younger children. Therefore, Swains Cay Resort would not recommend that guests bring children under the age of 12 unless a full time babysitter will be accompanying the guests with the children.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
A valid passport is required of all US guests to enter The Bahamas. However, Non-US persons and Residents of other countries should determine from their booking agents or Bahamas Consulate if other documents (Birth certificate or National Identity Card) are acceptable if they do not possess a passport.
